Min Chul Lee & Soon Mi Kim, New York

Min Chul had come to USA as a pastor of a church, and Soon Mi worked part time teaching piano at an academy while raising their sons, Yae Dam and Yae Moon, now 15 and 9. They were introduced to the QUIXTAR® IBO Compensation Plan by one of their neighbours.

“I thought it was great!” says Soon Mi.

One of the things that really appealed to her was the fact that Quixtar is a web-based business.

“I could see that online shopping was the way things were heading for the future,” she recalls.

“It was exciting to be part of it.”

“I could see the potential of the business, too,” says Min Chul,

“I also liked the fact that this business is not competitive; it’s all about meeting and helping other people.”

Slowly but surely, her business began to grow, giving her the encouragement she needed. Today she has three legs.

“I even have a Diamond in one of them,” she proclaims proudly. Shopping online is a big incentive.

Soon Mi works primarily with other Korean immigrants, who are also impressed with the online-shopping aspect of the business. “They love it that not only they can get products like the NUTRILITE® supplements, but they can shop at Partner Stores like Dell® and Barnes & Noble,” she explains.

“People can’t believe that all these different products are available to them through the business. It’s a big incentive to sign up. “They also appreciate the fact that they can start their businesses on a part-time basis with a relatively small investment.

When asked how she managed to get through the tough times, Soon Mi pauses to give that some thought. “I don’t recall ever going through a really difficult time,” she finally says.

“Other than the fact that I was a little uncomfortable presenting the Plan to people at first – and the more I did it, the more confidence I gained.”

“From all the different types of people I’ve met to the many books I’ve read about business and economics, Quixtar has opened up a whole new world to me.”

These days, Soon Mi no longer teaches piano; she now plays for their church and for her own enjoyment. She and Min Chul are also making plans to go on a missionary trip. In the meantime she’s discovered something else she loves: golf. “I’m just a beginner, but I’m having fun!”

Kim, Leonard & Esther

Kim, Leonard & Esther have started the Amway business in 1991 after spent their lives in America for 20 years. They went back to Korea to start the Amway business even though the economy recession was the hot issue at that time. "We have used the Amway products for 15 years and no one had ever shown us the plan". Read their story from the following link: http://kim.wwdb.biz/ Any comment is very appreciate.

Nakjima, Kaoru

Kaoru joined the business when Amway Japan was in its 3rd year (1982) and achieved Crown Ambassador in 5 years (1987). Then, at a seminar for Executive Diamonds, he lost his luggage with his Crown Ambassador pin. When Rich DeVos heard about that, he gave him a new pin. When his luggage were found and he went to Rich DeVos to return the pin, Rich said: "Well, just keep the pin, and be a Crown Ambassador once more!" Then, Nakajima decided to become Double Crown Ambassador, thus proving that you can be registered into the business a decade late and still rise to the top of the pinnacle.

Kaoru Nakajima built a DreamHouse in a prestigious part of Tokyo, a magnificent private residence that was the feature in an Amway Japan video. DreamHouse has been gazetted by the Japanese government as a national monument and cannot be demolished without permission.

Kaoru was internationally sponsored downline of American Diamond Robert Stonelake, who sold his business in the early 80s to a partnership including Jim & Nancy Dornan

Barry Chi & Holly Chen, the second double crown ambassador of Amway

" I was a single mom making just $500 a month, which had to support me, my mom, my little sister and my three children. Life is extremely hard." An elementary school teacher found Amway business 27 years ago. How she was fascinated by this business, you can find out from page 18- 21 of the following link:

What do you think of from their story? Please feel free to make any comment. Last but not least, I want to leave with one of Chinese proverb said by Holly Chen in this article... "Human beings climbing high, water flowing down". That's mean we're supposed to keep looking up, keeping reaching for the top- even when the mountain gets slippery.

Eva & Dr. Peter Müller-Meerkatz

Eva & Dr. Peter Müller-Meerkatz have started the Amway business 32 years ago. Even though, they have experienced many disappointments, it couldn't stop them.

In fact, to become success in Amway is so simple. It starts with the believe in "opportunity" and "possibility". Most people don't see the real picture of this business and decide their own future from the other's failure.
